Appointment Policies
We know that some people may think that a haircut or shave should only take a few minutes, or a service can be easily sped up, but here at True North Barber Shop we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and customer service. You deserve the best haircut we can give you, and we don’t want you to get anything less. Thank you for your understanding.
Appointments:
At True North Barber Shop we work on an appointment based system. We want to give you the best service at the highest quality. By knowing this and taking appointments, we are able to make the most of the allotted time and serve more clients every day.
Cancelations:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 2 appointments are missed you will be required to pay in advance to reserve an appointment in the future. In the case that 24 hours is not given for third cancellation, we will charge 100% of the service. No shows are included under this policy.
Late Policy:
After 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule.
